Sue Flanagan has been consulting to manufacturers in the specialty food industry for over 10 years, specifically in business organization and expansion. Sue enjoys working with clients in all phases of operation: company start-up, brand building and business expansion. Some of her greatest achievements have been to reformulate the structure of long-established manufacturing businesses in order to achieve new marketing objectives. The consulting process begins with defining client aspirations and then creating the path that will achieve success.
With a lifelong career in the food industry, from the sourcing and national distribution of frozen vegetables, to the marketing and brand building of very exclusive specialty foods, Sue’s exposure is multi-faceted. As comfortable in the kitchen as she is in the boardroom, Sue will assess and develop the structure to grow the enterprise and accomplish client objectives.
